In February, with a foot of snow on the ground, 3 or 4 days of rain and warm temps I started looking for help with our basement! This proved to be our 5th flood in 14 years. I found one number in the yellow pages; yours. A "real person" answered. Referred us to the local unit. Again I talked to a live voice and sympathetic ear. We were put in touch with Greg, "one of the best". For the first time, I dared to hope. Everyone who has seen our "new basement" is VERY impressed! They are tempted to ask "How much?", I really wouldn't want to tell any of them. However, not many young men would carry all those pails up and down stairs.
Each link in the chain of command was very polite and positive.
