Good customer service every time I called the company.

Sales Process
Our Installation Crew

Nick was a good project manager and worked as hard as any of his crew. I noticed, and remarked to my husband, that they worked consistently and there was no personal chatter going on. All business! I was impressed by that. They seemed to work well together.

The Cleanup Process

In retrospect, we should have kept our vents closed and taped longer. We opened them back up at the end of the first day. I wish we had kept them closed for two days until all the job was completed and we had done our own sweeping. I am concerned about dust in the vents. Living with things out of place for 4 weeks before putting down new flooring was difficult. However, we are still glad we did it because the air quality in the basement is so much better and the house is so much quieter without the continuous running of the dehumidifier.
