WaterGuard System Eliminates Water Puddling in Basement
Nicole needed a waterproofing system that would collect the puddles of water seeping through the walls. With WaterGuard, this subfloor drainage system will do exactly this. We install the drain around the perimeter of the basement and it is laid on the foundation's footing to prevent clogging. We will hook this system to the new sump pump we will add next. Water will be directed to the sump pump rather than her floor!
TripleSafe Sump Pump System Prevents Water Damage
Next, our crew installed our trusty TripleSafe Sump Pump System in Nicole's basement. This product consists of three pumps that fit in one durable liner. Each pump will aid in keeping water off her floor. The first pump will get most of the job done, the second is there if assistance is needed, and the last pump is battery-operated. This means it will turn on if the power fails, ensuring no water damage!
CleanSpace Wall System
To further protect Nicole's basement from water intrusion we added our CleanSpace Wall System. This system uses a poly sheet material to cover foundation walls and prevent moisture development. The material is waterproof and stain resistant.
IceGuard Prevents Freezing of Discharge Lines
We then decided to attach our antifreeze fitting to the exterior discharge lines. IceGuard's slotted openings eject water and prevents clogging or freezing of the lines in harsh weather.
LawnScape Outlet Blends Into the Yard
Our last addition to Nicole's home was our LawnScape Outlet. This fitting is added to the end of the discharge lines and enables downspout water to escape more efficiently. It will blend into the yard and prevent tripping hazards. Nicole was thrilled with the results of these waterproofing installations. She will never have to stress over troublesome water leaks again!
