The crack shown above is where water was leaking into the home. Over the years, the condition of the crack worsened until Kathy decided to contact us!
Sealing the Crack
The first step in the FlexiSpan system is to seal the crack. A special sealant is used to fill the gap and provide adhesive capabilities. A waterproof liner is then positioned over the sealant allowing it to stay in place.
Waterproofing the Foundation
Once the crack in Kathy's home was sealed and the liner was in place, an additional waterproof membrane was placed. If water leaks through the area, it will drain behind the liner and out of sight! Kathy was thrilled to find a permanent solution for her home!
