Diane was hoping to get her crawl space waterproofed so it would remain protected and dry. She called Ayers and we set up an appointment where we could inspect the crawl space and determine the best solutions. From the inspection we were able to suggest our Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Diane's Crawl Space Before Waterproofing

This is a look at Diane's crawl space prior to our waterproofing installations. She did not have the proper liner or equipment to keep it protected...but our CleanSpace solutions will fix this!

Drainage Matting Helps Collect Water

With Drainage Matting placed under the CleanSpace liner this will help collect water. The raised dimpled mat gives the water a channel and directs it to the sump pump or drainage system rather than puddling on the ground.

CleanSpace is a thick and durable plastic liner that we place on the crawl space floor. Its vapor barrier property will protect against the excess moisture that leads to mold or bacteria. This waterproof liner is much more efficient than a tarp from the store that will ultimately fail at substantial protection.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier Keeps the air Dry

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is the highest-performing dehumidifier and will clean the air with no problems. It will take care of any musty smells and will cost Diane less to run than other dehumidifiers. It can remove up to 95 pints of water from the air a day. The crawl space will stay dry with this system in action.
