Dan was looking to repair the cracked foundation wall in his garage. He set up a home inspection with Ayers to explore his options. Sealing the Cracks

The first step with the FlexiSpan System was to seal the cracks with a special sealant. Not only will the sealant provide a watertight seal against water, but it will also offer adhesive capabilities for the next steps in the process.

Applying an Additional Drainage layer

Once the cracks were sealed, a secondary drainage layer was installed for any water that may seep in. This drainage layer will stop water from entering the garage and funnel it directly to the drain below!

Installing a Floor Drain

Finally, the installation crew at Ayers installed a floor drain at the bottom of the wall. Any water that may seep into the garage will drain behind the FlexiSpan System and into the drain! Lastly, the concrete was filled back in, leaving the floor as if nothing had happened!
