Hannah was in desperate need of a waterproofing system in her basement where no sump pump was present and water was leaking in causing damage. She knew Ayers offered waterproofing solutions so she gave us a call to work out a plan. After a free inspection was conducted at her home our System Design Specialists were able to make recommendations. It was agreed that we would install our WaterGuard System, our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, as well as our IceGuard.

Before Waterproofing Solutions

As you can see here Hannah had some serious damage from the water leaking into her basement. She needed a waterproofing system to protect her home and belongings!

WaterGuard Installation Process

WaterGuard is a below-floor drain that will rest in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing. Its unique shape and and large drain openings also help in preventing clogs. This drainage system will collect dirt and water seeping in, keeping it away from her foundation and off Hannah's belongings!

WaterGuard After Installaton

This is a look at Hannah's new WaterGuard System after completion. To conceal the sub-floor drainage system we pour concrete over top. She can even have regular flooring put in over this if she is looking to finish her basement in the future.

TripleSafe Sump Pump System Saves the Basement

Hannah was in need of a sump pump so we installed the best sump for her which was TripleSafe. This is a three pump system that fits conveniently in one sturdy liner, working together to keep water out. The first pump will get most of the job done while the second is there in case backup is needed and the last pump is battery-operated so it will turn on during power outages.

IceGuard Fights Clogs

We made one more installation to protect Hannah's exterior discharge lines from any harsh weather. The slotted openings will eject water and prevent them from getting clogged or frozen in cold weather. Hannah was happy to get these waterproofing systems installed that take care of these pesky issues she was dealing with on her own!
