Photo Album: Cross Tile Eliminates Ludington High School Auditorium Water Problem
The Ludington Area School District called for help with the high school auditorium's persistent water spots. No areas surrounding the auditorium had water issues, so they weren't sure what the problem was, but they needed it resolved before the start of the school year.
We discovered that the problem was unresolved hydrostatic pressure under the floor which explains why the damage was concentrated. So we installed a sloping cross tile under the floor to divert the water into the existing sump pump system. This removed the water pressure problem and will eliminate the recurring water spots. Sorry kids, school is in session on time!
