Photo Album: WaterGuard and SuperSump Plus Save the Day for Jackson, MI Home

Branden was irritated and done with dealing with water leaking through his basement walls. On his search for a solution he found Ayers and gave us a call. After our crew completed an inspection, our System Design Specialists determined he could use the WaterGuard System, SuperSump Plus, and IceGuard.

Prior to Waterproofing Installations

This is a look at Branden's basement before we installed our waterproofing solutions. He was ready to get these wall leaks resolved permanently.

Installing the WaterGuard System

We install the WaterGuard in the sub-floor of your basement on top of the footing of the foundation. This system runs along the perimeter of the basement and catches any dirt and water, keeping it away from your foundation.

WaterGuard Finished Look

To complete the WaterGuard installation, we pour concrete over the drainage system. Therefore it will be concealed and you can have regular flooring installed over top in the future, if desired.

SuperSump Plus for Leaks

The SuperSump Plus was also installed which pumps 2200 gallons of water an hour at an 8 foot head. This is the best sump option for occasional water leaks.

IceGuard Adds Protection

The last installation was the IceGuard which is a great addition for these waterproofing installations as it will protect your drainage lines in the cold weather. It is placed outside of your home and ejects water away from your foundation in the case that the drainage lines clog or freeze.

After the Installations

This is a look at Branden's basement after the waterproofing installations were made. This sump and drainage system will be much more efficient at stopping these pesky wall leaks. Branden won't have to worry anymore about water soaking his belongings!
