Photo Album: Waterproofing System Defends Charlotte, MI Home Against Water Leaks

Brittany bought a new home in Charlotte, MI and was hoping to get the water leaks she noticed in the basement addressed. Worried about the safety of her home she called Ayers for solutions. We sent a crew to her home and they determined she could use our WaterGuard System, SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier, SuperSump Plus, and our IceGuard.

Before Waterproofing

This is a look at Brittany's basement before we installed our waterproofing systems. She was dealing with water damage from some water leak issues.

Installing our WaterGuard System

Here we have the process of installing the WaterGuard System. As you can see here, it is a sub-floor drainage system that goes along the perimeter of the basement. It catches water or dirt and keeps it away from your foundation.

WaterGuard Completed Installation

Pictured here is the WaterGuard System after installation. Concrete was poured over the drainage system to conceal and protect it. If Brittany wants she can have regular flooring installed over top as well.

SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier

The SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier is a great addition for the basement as it will remove water and moisture in the air, keeping the air dry and clean. This will also reduce the risk of mold growth and is ten times more powerful than regular dehumidifiers.

SuperSump Plus Removes Water From Basements

Our SuperSump Plus is a great sump option for when you have occasional water leaks troubling your basement space. This powerful sump can pump 2200 gallons of water an hour!

IceGuard for Outdoor Protection

Finally, we installed IceGuard outside her home to protect her drainage lines in cold weather. Oftentimes the cold weather can cause these lines to freeze or clog, so this product will ensure that doesn't happen.
