Here is what Bruce's crawl space looked like before CleanSpace was installed. With this set up, his crawl space was prone to moisture and water build up.
After CleanSpace Installation
This is Bruce's crawl space after CleanSpace was installed, it's looking much cleaner and efficient! CleanSpace consists of a thick, durable, plastic liner with a vapor barrier property that will take care of excess moisture. This will last him decades.
Drainage Matting
This mat will be placed under the CleanSpace liner. The dimpled mat gives the water flooding into your crawl space a channel underneath the liner. This will direct the water to your perimeter crawl space drain and sump pump system.
Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Dehumidifier is a great addition for Bruce's waterproofing needs. This system will remove excess water from the air and circulate the now dry air throughout his crawl space, ensuring it stays dry!
TripleSafe Sump Pump to the Rescue
The TripleSafe Sump Pump was also installed for Bruce as another waterproofing solution. The TripleSafe consists of three sump pumps that fit in one liner. The first pump doing the main job and the second is there for backup if the first one fails or needs more help. The last sump pump is battery-operated, meaning it will continue to remove water in the event of power outages.
Finished Look
Bruce is thrilled with the finished look of his crawl space. He no longer has to worry about these pesky water leaks that would cause pools of water!
