SmartJack
To help the structure stand straight again Evan and his team installed s set of SmartJack Piers. Even chose this method because of the piers' nonintrusive nature. SmartJack piers are metal beams placed strategically along the structure's supportive rim joist. The bottoms are anchored into the ground with poured concrete while the tops are capped with load-bearing joints that are attached to the rim joist. The entire pier's height is adjusted till there is constant pressure being applied, reintroducing support to the entire framework.
Helical Piers
Noticing that the foundational soil has shifted, Evan and his team decided that the home needed work on the ground that the home sits on. To find new firm soil Evan installed Helical Piers all around the home. Helical Piers are a tool trusted by Ayers due to their non-intrusive nature compared to other foundational repair systems. The piers are long screw-shaped drives that are driven deep under the home at an angle. The drives kee[ going till they pass the weak soil and find new firm ground. The tops of the piers are capped with load-bearing caps that provide a flat surface for the home to rest upon.
Failing Supportive Beam
Dina's barn is an older structure and as a result, faces problems that weren't foreseen. The supportive beam in this home has weakened to the point that it can not completely support the top of the barn. If a home's support structure ever becomes this foregone, contact Ayers to have a foreman like Evan inspect the home and give you the best plan of action.
