Debra T was experiencing cold floors in her upstairs living room. The culprit was down below her floors in her crawl space. An unsealed, dirt crawl space allows cold air and moisture in and not only makes your HVAC system work harder, it allows that cold air to travel upstairs. We encapsulated this crawl space with our antimicrobial CleanSpace liner and insulated the walls with SilverGlo panels which reflect heat back into the crawl space and serve as a vapor barrier keeping water out of the space.
