Our friend Steven, right here in Lansing, MI was experiencing water seepage through the poured walls in his crawlspace. He grew increasingly concerned when he noticed the wood under his home was water damaged and appeared to be moldy. He was in desperate need of professional help, and we came to his rescue! After diagnosing Steven’s crawlspace needs, we installed our patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in his crawlspace. The CleanSpace encapsulation product is a 20mm thick plastic lining that entirely seals off the crawl space from the harsh elements it faces below. To supplement the CleanSpace system we installed the Smart Sump. The Smart Sump is a budget conscious sump pump system that contains an air tight lid, floor drain, pump stand, and a pump alarm. These are the essential features needed to help keep a basement dry. To complete Steven’s crawlspace make over, we installed the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system. In Steven’s crawlspace, the Sedona will help prevent mold and reduce musty odors, giving him dry healthy air and total comfort.
