COVID-19 Response and Updates
UPDATE: 3/19/2021
A year into the Covid-19 pandemic, we wanted to update you on what Ayers is doing to continue ensuring the safety of our customers and team.
First, thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their home over the past year. We are honored to help make your home the best it can be, especially as you spend more time than ever at home.
As we get closer to returning to normal, we know it’s important to maintain our precautions. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Ayers complies with CDC recommendations for Covid precautions in the office and in the field. This includes wellness checks, mask wearing, social distancing, and frequent washing of hands. Masks and hand sanitizer are available throughout the office and in company-owned vehicles.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns before your inspection or installation appointments, you can call us or ask when you receive your confirmation calls.
Thanks for being a part of the Ayers family!

Dear customers and friends,
Following today’s stay at home order, we wanted to reach out to let you know what’s going on at Ayers. You might have questions about what safeguards we’re taking for our employees, our customers, and their homes, and might be concerned about your scheduled project or appointment.
What we’re doing
Ayers has been classified as an essential business during the stay at home order. This means that we will stay open and available for scheduled projects as well as inspections. We’re dedicated to keeping your home comfortable and safe and will be on hand to address any problems or concerns.
Those employees who can have been instructed to work from home, and for those who remain in the office we have increased sanitation procedures.
As for our field workers, our fleet is equipped with increased sanitation materials to ensure the health and safety of not only our employees, but the customers they might come in contact with. We are practicing the suggested social distancing and mandating that employees who don’t feel well stay home.
Your appointment
If you have a project scheduled for installation, or an inspection appointment over the next few weeks, and you want to keep it, you don’t have to do anything! We will be there as scheduled and will call to confirm when we’re on the way as always. We do ask that if someone in your home is showing symptoms that you call and let us know so we can work with you to find the best solution for everyone.
Regardless of if you’re an existing customer who needs service, a new customer with a project scheduled, or are in the early days of getting your home’s problems diagnosed, we’re here for you. There’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now, but we’re here to help and are committed to staying available for your needs. We’ll update you throughout the coming weeks with what we’re doing to maintain best practices in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We’ll get through this together.
