Sump Pump: If you have a sump pump, we’ll do a thorough inspection to make sure it’s working properly. This is a great time to mention any concerns you may have - maybe it seems like it’s running a lot or you’ve noticed that there’s been more rain than usual and you’d like to upgrade to a more powerful model.

WaterGuard: We’ll flush the system just to make sure no debris has made it in. This is especially important if you have an iron ochre problem (don’t worry, we’ll tell you if you do), as the sludge can build up in a drain system.

Dehumidifier: If you have a dehumidifier installed, we’ll change the filter and make sure it’s keeping the basement at an acceptable humidity level.

Your annual maintenance appointment is also a great time to bring up any new problems that may have come up.
