A Look Back at 2018

We're only a few days out from the new year, even though it seems like Thanksgiving was yesterday, and I wanted to take a minute to reflect on the year. The spring rainy season came...very early. February, in fact. We heard from so many of you all over Michigan and Indiana as old water problems resurfaced and new water problems started in your homes, and we're glad we were able to help.

We want to thank everyone we worked with this year, and highlight a few of our favorite comments that have come back in reviews.

I have had Ayers do work for me three times in less than a year and have been very satisfied with all aspects. The office staff are very pleasant and competent, and (system design specialist) Roger Powell concerning your systems and how they would work in my home. I felt comfortable in my decisions.

The crew was prompt, courteous, friendly, and got right to work after explaining what and how they would be doing the work. They even took the time to show me the finished project after cleaning up.

Gage, Andy, and Devin were the crew that did our basement and all three of them were amazing! They are such hard workers and so personable and nice while answering the many questions I had and explaining everything thoroughly. These guys are great, did a great job, and performed a great cleanup. They are a real asset to your company!

As a person who doesn’t like to hire out many jobs, I’m really glad I chose Ayers on this one. Dillon and the crew were amazing and really worked with me for an end result that made me happy. My basement was cleaner when they left than when they came. Thank you.

Jim was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. The crew was amazing too - they made the install seem so easy and cleaned up so well that, except for the work that was performed, I would never have known anything was done.

We worked with Travis, who assessed our flooded basement and made recommendations for the new drainage tile system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Gage and his crew came out to do the work a few weeks later. They showed up when they said they would and went right to work.

They did a great job covering the flooring upstairs and covering areas of the house with plastic to protect it. They were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen and can not say enough good things about that crew.

When the job was finished they cleaned up and made sure all my questions were answered. I no longer have standing water in the basement and would recommend them to anyone.

Dan and his crew of Sheldon, Alex, and A.J. did such a great job with our basement. They represent Ayers so well! I feel like we made lifelong friends. I hope I never need to call Ayers again, but if I do, I will call them.

 

To echo that last comment, you DID make lifelong friends. We think of our customers as friends and family - there aren't many places where you can mention the name of a customer from 10 years ago and multiple people remember them and their home. We take pride in our work and in your homes and we want nothing more than to see them stay comfortable and safe for years to come.
