Ayers Can Solve Your Problems - Even if Another Company Couldn't
We’ve been getting more and more calls lately from people who had other companies install a waterproofing system that just isn’t doing its job. Sometimes it’s a competitor still in business, and sometimes it was a company that has long since called it a day. Either way, their “solution” wasn’t much of a solution at all, and so a homeowner calls us to fix the problem once and for all.

This is a smart move, for multiple reasons. One, we actually do service systems that weren’t installed by us. So if you have a faulty motor on a sump pump or a clogged or broken discharge line, we aren’t going to come in and insist that everything be torn out so we can install our own products. We will visit your home, assess the problem, and come up with a solution that’s right for you.
But. (There’s always a but.) Sometimes the system the others guys installed just isn’t right. It’s a substandard product or it’s not the right solution for the problem or it’s just flat out not installed properly. And in that case, we WILL suggest ripping it out and starting over. Don’t worry, we’ll do all of the work in the case, too.
It’s frustrating to think a problem is fixed, only to discover you’re back to square one but with lighter pockets. If your basement is suddenly back underwater, or even if your sump pump just seems a little sluggish, call us and get it fixed properly.
