Ayers' Top Three System Design Specialists Recognized
Hiring a contractor can be a stressful time. You're already on edge preparing to have potentially major work done to your home, and now you have to decide who. Who will do the best work, who will be the most fair, who you can trust.
Ayers prides itself on being the "who" you can turn to.
While many companies hire short-term subcontractors or day laborers to complete their projects, Ayers insists on full-time employees. Everyone from the customer service representative you talk to when you first call, to the system design specialist and production crew who diagnose and solve your problems, has gone through a criminal background check. We trust our employees, and want you to trust them, too.
Maintaining full-time employees not only builds trust, it builds loyalty and investment. We all want the company to succeed, and put forth our best work in order to make that possible. Yesterday, three of our system design specialists were recognized for their efforts and achievement in 2015.
Left to Right: Ken Breitner, Roger Powell, and Will Badra
Based on factors ranging from the number of inspections performed to customer feedback and referrals, our top three System Design Specialists were recognized and awarded company cars. Ken Breitner, Roger Powell, and Will Badra came out on top, with a total of 401 homes diagnosed and successfully repaired in 2015.
That's 401 dry basements, or crawl spaces, or stabilized foundations. 401 customers who don't have to set their alarms to check the water level in the basement every hour. 401 families with the peace of mind to simply forget about what might be happening underneath their home.
Ken, Roger, and Will have a combined 18 years at Ayers, and it's that kind of loyalty, that investment in the company and our customers, that allows them to be so successful.
Congratulations, guys, and thank you to the customers who aided their success in 2015 and beyond. If you see an Ayers car in your neighborhood, that's just one of our guys on the way to solve another home's problems.
