One of the points of order at our 2016 Kickoff Celebration this past Monday morning was to celebrate the accomplishments of 2015. Among these was the induction of an unprecedented seven Project Managers into our "Million Dollar Club," which recognizes Project Managers for installing one million dollars in products in a calendar year.
It’s easy to throw out big numbers and claim they’re worth something, but what does "one million dollars of installed products" really mean for you?
It means these seven men averaged 130 jobs each during the year. 130 unique customers with unique homes and unique problems.
It means a level of experience that can take on any unforseen circumstance and solve any problem with a level of professionalism and skill unheard of.
It means there's no crawl space too small for Terry to encapsulate, and no process that Nate can't explain to homeowners. It means working until 1am to finish a job when a customer has an emergency deadline come up.
We look at every job, every product, as an opportunity to make someone’s life easier. To make it better. This started 35 years ago with Virgil Ayers and his beat up truck, and has been passed down to every employee in every department.
From the moment you call and make an appointment with one of our System Design Specialists, your comfort is our priority, and our Project Managers are an invaluable part of the process. We can talk until we’re blue in the face about what would fix your basement, but if we can’t follow through, what’s the point?
Our Project Managers take pride in making their customers’ homes safe and comfortable, and their results prove it. One million dollars of installed products has led to the priceless peace of mind of hundreds of customers over the past year, and many more to come.
Congratulations, guys - we’re proud to have you on the team!
