Our Inspection Process: The Method to Our Madness
We received a lovely note from Jessie in Jackson, MI, yesterday, and she unwittingly gave the perfect answer to the question of why we take the time pre-inspection and on-site to be as thorough as possible.
Jessie called us in October, having just moved into her new home, because there was a smell in her crawl space. And I don't mean roses. Musty, damp, you know the drill. She was uneasy about what the solution might entail, but we took good care of her.
Ken was very informative. We read the book that was sent to me which helped me ask the right questions. The crew that did the install in our home were great and very polite! They informed of us everything they were doing every step of the way.

Our System Design Specialists all have families, so when they enter your home, your family's comfort and safety are a priority. That's why they take the time to do a thorough inspection and get down to the nitty gritty of what's going to solve the problem and keep it solved. There are other places who will tell you a bare minimum fix, but what they don't mention is that you'll be calling them again in a year. When you call us, we never want to see you again.
