Alec joined Ayers after a successful career in general construction, home building, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He is enthusiastic about applying his extensive experience to a role that allows him to meet his personal goal of helping families and providing exceptional service to customers.

Originally from Hartland, Michigan, Alec resides in Fowlerville with his wife and three sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball and guitar, and volunteering at his church.
