Adam joined Ayers after working as an assistant manager and in-home consultant at a big box home improvement store. He leverages this experience and intensive ongoing training at Ayers to help customers find solutions for their basement, foundation, and crawl space issues. Having faced cracked and bowing walls in his home, Adam values representing a company dedicated to changing the perception of what homeowners should expect from a contractor.

Originally from Marcellus, Michigan, Adam lives in Dowagiac with his wife, four children, and three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
