Jack has been immersed in the contracting world since childhood, often accompanying his father, a general contractor and building inspector. His background ranges from retail sales and merchandising to various contracting roles. He also runs a small roofing company on the side.

A lifelong resident of Davison, Michigan, Jack spends nearly every moment of his free time outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking.
