Donavan joined Ayers shortly after high school and values his honest and tenacious co-workers, who feel like an extended family. Working at Ayers has equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to address challenges in home repair, such as fixing the sagging floors in his own house.

Donavan lives in his hometown of Owosso, Michigan, with his long-time girlfriend, Skye, whom he has been with for over eight years. They share their home with a chocolate lab named Milo and two cats, Melvin and Moby. Donavan enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and relaxing with friends in his free time.
