Josh holds a BA in Marketing from the University of North Texas and began his career in product design, imports, and B2B tradeshows. After spending 12 years in Texas, he returned to Michigan and built brand awareness for a janitorial property management company. At Ayers, he started by expanding their tradeshow presence at home shows and events before transitioning into his current Fleet/Facilities Manager role, drawing from his experience working on his family's farm equipment.

Now residing in Allegan, Michigan, Josh enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family and partner, camping, biking, boating, and hunting.
