A historic home built in 1920 had a crawl space with persistent moisture issues and restricted access. The crawl space, constructed from cinderblocks, required encapsulation to protect it from dampness and improve the overall air quality of the home. The space had two access points—one inside the house and another outside, both of which were small and challenging to navigate. During the initial inspection, we discovered a leak in the interior discharge line pump, which needed to be repaired before we could proceed with installing the CleanSpace liner.
Once the leak is fixed, we will return to install the CleanSpace liner, sealing the crawl space to prevent moisture and ensure the area remains dry and protected. This encapsulation will help preserve the home's structural integrity and create a healthier environment.
