Your Lansing home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. Maintaining the health and condition of your home is critical to protecting that investment — and it starts with your foundation. If you’ve noticed a problem with your foundation, don’t wait to take action. Contact Ayers Basement Systems, your trusted contractor for home foundation repair in Lansing, Michigan.
Foundation cracks are the first sign of a structural problem. Unfortunately, foundation issues only get worse as time goes on. Cracks that allow moisture or odors into the basement or are growing over time need to be repaired as soon as possible to prevent further damage from occurring.
Foundation settlement is another common issue Lansing homeowners experience. A sunken, settling foundation typically occurs when the foundation is installed incorrectly or when it’s been laid upon unstable soil. As the soil expands, contracts, or erodes over time, it may result in cracked, buckling floors and sinking foundation walls. You may need house foundation repair services if you’ve noticed any of these symptoms:
Misaligned or jammed windows and doors
A leaning chimney
Crack formation in basement walls
Cracks that get wider towards the top

Lansing House Foundation Repair Solutions:
Foundation Wall Repair Systems: We offer premium systems for bowing, cracked foundation walls, including PowerBrace™ and wall anchor systems.
PowerBrace™ permanently stabilizes failing foundation walls with minimal disruption to your basement space, potentially restoring them to their original position over time.
Geo-Lock Foundation Wall Anchor Systems stop further inward movement, immediately preventing foundation walls from tilting, bowing, buckling, and cracking.
Foundation Piering: We are Lansing's go-to provider of foundation pier systems, including Push Piers and Helical Piers, both of which shift the weight of the foundation onto a pier, offering enhanced structural integrity for your Lansing home.
Made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, our push piers link together to reach depths beneath the home to find firm footing in bedrock or load-bearing soil.
Our helical piers support the weight of your home, are resistant to bending, and are very effective in locations where water tables are higher.
Crawl Space Repair: Ayers Basement Systems offers a range of crawl space repair solutions to create a stronger, healthier crawl space, including vapor barriers, dehumidification, and crawl space support jacks for structural support.
Vapor barriers prevent problems caused by moisture intrusion, including mildew, mold, and structural damage, by slowing or eliminating the evaporation of ground moisture into the crawl space.
We offer a patented crawl space dehumidifier called the SaniDry™ Sedona, which fits in small spaces and has a powerful blower to effectively dry even large crawl spaces.
The Supportworks SmartJack System by Ayers Basement Systems offers enhanced structural support and is a permanent fix for a sagging crawl space.

I would like a quote on a waterproofing basement system. I'm not quite sure what all this entails (different types of drains, is excavation required, etc) and the price would be for that. Crawl space has ancient insulation that has been tore up by animals, it needs an actual barrier/access panel of some kind as well rather than cinder blocks that aren't actually sealed that somehow passed the home inspection 5 years ago? Y'all this place is a mess and I am drowning in work that needs doin with very finite resources to do it with. Please assume this message is full of crying emojis.
