Before we installed the bright white CleanSpace liner, we laid out drainage matting to provide a waterproof barrier between the exposed soil floor and Brain's basement. This matting allows water to flow up under the liner to a sump in the crawlspace floor. The liner we installed is engineered with inorganic material that prevents mold and bacteria growth which will protect Brian and his family from illnesses like asthma or allergies.

WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation.
