Our professional team knew something needed to be done. Our team installed the WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The product sits on the top of the footing in the basement in order to prevent clogging from mud and other debris. WaterGuard works by trapping water seepage from the floors and walls into its drainage system before it does any damage to your basement. Once the system catches the water in the drain it takes it directly to the sump pump. From there, the sump pump removes the water from your basement keeping it nice and dry! 

The before picture shows the WaterGuard system being installed and the after picture shows the system once it is all installed and covered with a clean and fresh layer of concrete.

They needed to waterproof their basement so they called our team. Our team installed the WaterGuard System along with TripleSafe and IceGuard. These three items each play a large role in keeping basements dry. The WaterGuard system catches any leakage from higher walls and floors. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is battery powered so David and Vicky won't need to worry about their basement flooding during power outages. Lastly even when it is frozen, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System allows water to escape. Installing these three pieces will keep their basement dry no matter what weather their house encounters.
