Judy and Marvin had been dealing with foundation issues for years now. Their Spruce, MI home was over an underground natural spring. In the past year, the springs had caused the crawl space to shift a full four inches. After using several different repairs over the years, Judy and Marvin wanted a permanent solution that would keep their crawl space foundation from tipping again.
Our system design specialist took a trip out to Spruce and introduced the owners to our SmartJack System. The plan our specialist drew up called for 14 different SmartJacks and several new supplemental beams to reinforce the structure and keep it stable.
