We headed to Janice's home in Spring Arbor to assist her with the water intrusion in her unfinished basement. She had a problem corner where the foundation wall met the floor, so she called Ayers for a waterproofing system. Our professionals ended up installing our interior drainage system known as WaterGuard. We installed the drain in the subfloor along the perimeter of the basement walls. Placing this waterproofing solution here will ensure the water leaking through Janice's walls is collected in the drain and sent to the sump pump rather than pooling on the floor!

Our customer called when a crack in the foundation underneath her porch started leaking water. We installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard below-floor drain system in the basement, and tied it into two sump pumps to ensure quick discharge of the water. The IceGuard system was installed on the discharge line to prevent winter backups due to frozen lines, and we attached a LawnScape outlet to the end of the discharge line. We also installed window well drains on the two existing windows to prevent them from leaking water into the basement.
