Upon arriving at the cabin, our System Design Specialist meticulously assessed the crawlspace, pinpointing the issues and formulating a tailored solution that promised to repair the damage and safeguard the area against future problems. We proposed the installation of CleanSpace, an innovative encapsulation system designed to create a dry, healthy crawlspace. The team's combined efforts ensured that every nook and cranny was covered, sealing out moisture, mold, and mildew - turning what once was a problem area into a clean, dry space. The transformation was remarkable. Not only was the crawlspace now fully functional and protected, but the family could also look forward to their Memorial Weekend gatherings without concern. We were proud to deliver a solution that met their expectations.

Ben noted his garage floor starting to settle, causing it to become uneven. He wanted to smooth this area out, so he called Ayers. Our team knew PolyLevel would be perfect for this issue. Small holes get drilled into the concrete slabs, and we make structural-grade polymer foam injections underneath the slabs. Once the void gets filled, the concrete is carefully lifted and relieved. We fill any holes with fresh concrete. PolyLevel is also waterproof to prevent further erosion. Ben feels relief now that his garage floor isn't a tripping hazard!

In the Spring, Joe’s basement floods with about 2 inches of water. His home was built in the 1890's and made of poured concrete. The constant water coming in was making anything Joe stored in his basement become wet and moldy. He had enough. He called our team of experts to help him waterproof his basement.

We installed the WaterGuard perimeter system. It is installed around the perimeter of the basement and makes sure any water that comes into the basement flows to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is three sump pumps in one liner. The first pump is what you would consider a normal sump pump , the second kicks on in the event that first pump can not keep up with the amount of water coming into your basement, and finally the third is battery operated and kicks on in the event of a power outage.

Along with the interior products, we installed the Lawnscape Outlet and Iceguard. Lawnscape allows us to hide those ugly discharge lines underground. It provides an opening at the end of the line for the water to escape from your basement. Not only does it help the way your yard looks, it also prevents tripping hazards that usually occur from discharge lines just laying around. For those winter months we install Iceguard, we do not want that water that’s pumped out to back up into your basement due to freezing discharge lines. Iceguard safeguards your basement and gives the water a secondary location to escape keeping your basement dry all winter.
