David and Marie's Kalamazoo, MI home was built in 1912 with a crawl space built in the 40s. The crawl space was filthy and made the floors freezing during the winter. Our crew came out for n inspection and determined that David and Marie would need us to install drainage matting and CleanSpace Wall System.
Drainage matting is a liner for the crawl space that is placed underneath the CleanSpace plastic liner. If the crawlspace ever floods, the dimpled mat allows water to pass underneath to the drain and sump pump.
CleanSpace Wall System is a moisture barrier that uses a thick plastic liner along basement and crawl space walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. It also has antibacterial properties that prevent mold and bacteria growth. Damp air takes more energy to heat and cool. Cutting down on the moisture in the crawl space, in turn, will cut down on how much it costs to heat or cool the home.
David and Marie were thrilled with Ayers and the work our crew did. They are so excited to be able to have warm and cozy feet in the winter, especially during this cold week.

Our customer called having recently sold his home and needing to fix one glaring issue - the back porch. The porch had sunk about 1 1/2 inches, which was evident in the gap it left between the siding and concrete. He needed the repair to be completed before they closed on the house at the end of April, and we luckily could oblige.
Using the PolyLevel injection system, we were able to raise the porch all the way back to its original position, eliminating the unsightly gap as well as the high step up into the house.

A homeowner in Kalamazoo, MI, noticed water seeping into their basement at the foundation wall of their 1946 home, dampening the carpet and basement floor. Concerned about potential damage, they sought professional assistance to address the issue in their home.
A waterproofing system was installed to solve the problem. This included addressing the foundation wall and installing a WaterGaurd perimeter drainage system to capture and direct water safely away from the basement.
The homeowner was relieved to have a dry, safe basement, free from water issues, and confident in the long-term protection of their home.
When this Kalamazoo couple purchased their home, they were surprised to find water pooling in the basement—a problem not disclosed during the sale. With plans to move in 3-5 years, they resolved the issue early, ensuring a dry basement for their peace of mind and as a future selling point.
Our team installed a comprehensive waterproofing system. BrightWall panels were added to protect the walls and brighten the space, while CleanSpace sealed out moisture. WaterGuard drainage was installed to channel water to a TripleSafe sump pump, ensuring reliable water removal year-round.
Their basement is dry, protected, and ready for the next homeowners, giving them confidence and added value for the future.
Ron's 100-year-old porch was sinking, causing serious concern about the stability of his home. He had been working to convert the 35-foot-long porch into additional living space, adding a beam and walls to create a new room. However, with some newer cement reinforcement, the original block foundation couldn’t handle the added weight. As the porch began to sink further, Ron knew he needed a professional solution to save the project and protect his home.
We provided a comprehensive fix by installing our SmartJack system, which lifted and stabilized the sinking porch. We also installed a supplemental beam to reinforce the foundation and support Ron’s vision of adding more space. These solutions stabilized the porch and gave Ron the peace of mind to continue his plans, knowing his home was safe and secure for future projects.
Michelle's basement had a significant water intrusion problem, with standing water covering a quarter of the area, particularly around the power brace section. The sump pump was ineffective, and the power braces were improperly installed. Wooden support beams were molding and deteriorating, and the south wall showed noticeable deflection, all contributing to the high humidity level.
To solve these issues, we implemented a comprehensive waterproofing solution. We upgraded the sump pump for better water management, reinstalled the power braces correctly to ensure proper enforcement for their foundation, replaced the deteriorating wooden beams, and reinforced the south wall to address the deflection. These steps resolved the water intrusion problem and ensured the stability of the home, leaving the basement dry and structurally sound.
The homeowners in Kalamazoo, MI, had been living in their charming 1927-built house for the last 7 years when they noticed persistent issues in their basement. Our team quickly got to work, assessing the situation and implementing a tailored waterproofing system. We installed our state-of-the-art drainage system and sump pump to keep the basement dry and free from water damage. Additionally, we sealed off entry points to prevent rodents from causing any further havoc. The transformation was incredible. Gary noticed water leaking through the seams of his basement walls and floors and wasn't sure how to fix it himself. He researched his options online and called Ayers about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a team of specialists to his home to examine the situation, and they recommended the installation of WaterGuard, a drainage pipe system that prevents clogging before it starts. WaterGuard is placed on top of the footing, rather than alongside it, to avoid collecting mud and more efficiently drain water. Gary is happy to have a dry basement!
Trudi realized water leaked into her basement around the seams of the floor and walls. She wasn't sure where it came from or how to fix it, so she researched her options and called Ayers for help. We sent a crew of professionals to her house to assess the space and recommend a solution. They suggested and installed WaterGuard, an advanced drainage pipe system to reduce clogs. Drainage pipes often clog because they sit alongside the home's footing, while WaterGuard sits on top and bypasses the mud and rock layer. Trudi loves her new system!
Jack noticed water leaking into his basement around the seams of the walls and floor. He wasn't sure how the water entered, so he called Ayers for help. We sent a team of experts to his home to evaluate and recommend a solution. They suggested installing WaterGuard, an advanced drainage pipe system, to prevent clogging. WaterGuard is installed on top of the footing rather than alongside it, reducing dirt and rock clumping. Jack is happy to have his basement back!
Robert found water in his crawl space and was able to pinpoint the source, a collapsed wall. Knowing he needed professional help, he contacted Ayers to find a permanent solution.
Our resident foreman Bruce was happy to inspect the area and draft a treatment plan. Bruce prescribed a new Ayers trusted model sump pump known as TripleSafe with three levels of security against flooding, CarbonArmor strips, a GeoLock anchor to help pull the compromised wall back into place, a Waterguard drainage system to help control excess water, and a CleanSpace protective lining to fight against any possible moisture.
Denise found severe cracks on his foundational walls. Waiting to remain cautious, he contacted Ayers to inspect his home. Our resident foreman Blade was able to inspect the area and draft a treatment plan.
Blade prescribed CarbonArmor to correct the foundational walls, PowerBrace Piers to restabilize the home, and WaterGuard drainage system to control any adverse flooding.
Joan was unpleasantly surprised when she found her basement flooded. She contacted Ayers and had our resident foreman Bruce inspect the area. Bruce prescribed a new sump pump and a drainage system under the basement floor.
Bruce installed a Triple Safe pump. TripleSafe is a trusted sump pump at Ayers due to its three levels of security. The first level is a powerful motor that has a high water capacity. The second level of security is a reserve motor that activates if the water surpasses a certain level on the initial motor. The third level of security is a backup battery that only activates if the home losses power.
Joan was frustrated when her basement flooded for the 9th time in the past five years. Needing a permanent solution she contacted Ayers. Our resident foreman Bruce was able to inspect the home and realized it was in need of a new sump pump, a better drainage system, and winter protection against the cold weather.
Bruce and his team installed a TripleSafe sump pump with three levels of security against floods including a back up motor and reserve batteries. Bruce also installed a WaterGuard drainage system under the basement floor to direct water the pump cannot handle away from the home. Lastly Bruce installed an IceGuard modification on the homes pipe to prevent the build up of ice.
Jerry Just inherited his home from his brother; He actually helped his brother build this home. The cracking and settlement started 15 to 20 years ago. Jerry Is looking to fix the cracks because he knows he cannot sell it this way, he's hoping to sell within the next 3 years. Jerry contacted Ayers to best remedy the issues.
Our resident foreman Evan was able to inspect the area, listen to Jerry's concerns, and draft a plan that would answer all of his concerns. Evan decided he and his team would install Helical Piers as a means of stabilizing the home's foundation.
Helical Piers are a tool trusted by Ayers due to their non-intrusive nature compared to other foundational repair systems. The piers are long screw-shaped drives that are driven deep under the home at an angle. The drives kee[ going till they pass the weak soil and find new firm ground. The tops of the piers are capped with load-bearing caps that provide a flat surface for the home to rest upon.
Denise had inexplicable flooding in her basement. That along with the clearly bowing walls meant she had to do something. Denise called Ayers and our resident foreman Randy was able to inspect the area and listen to Denise's concerns.
Randy installed a Triplesafe pump in the home to give it a powerful sump pump. The TripleSafe pump has three levels of safety, making sure the pump works nonstop.
The 1st level is a powerful motor, one of the best available. The 2nd level is a backup motor that activates if the original ever gets overworked. The 3d level of security is a reserve battery that only activates if the home loses power during a flood.
Heather's basement was only half finished. She had plans to create a second bedroom but building code requires all finished basement bedrooms to have an egress window for safe emergency exit. We are certified installers of egress windows and installed one in Heather's basement which also allows more natural light and fresh air in to make the space feel larger and more inviting. If you plan on finishing a basement in the future, add an egress window to your plans when you're waterproofing.
Our customer called us with a serious foundation problem...Sagging floors. Our team recommended the installation of Smart Jacks Assembly to stabilize the weak area. The Smart Jack is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The Smart Jack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists caused by weakening over time due to high moisture and rot. With this addition, our Kalamazoo friends have a protected home from any sagging from support beams.
Our customer called us with an issue. There was a vertical crack along the entire basement wall. This is an issue that can have consequences such as water leaks, higher humidity, and can also lower a homes value when trying to sell.
We used Carbon Armor straps to secure and strengthen the walls. The Carbon Armor system works by utilizing a special epoxy resin to absorb the pressure from the outside soil (which is what causes the bowing in the first place). It's 10x stronger than steel and specifically designed for basement walls.
With CarbonArmor, we were able to stabilize and prevent any further movement. Call us or visit GoAyers.com for a free estimate!
We sent a system design specialist out to this home in Kalamazoo because the foundation walls had horizontal cracks and it seemed as if the wall was almost tipping inward. Our system design specialists do a complete inspection inside and outside the home to ensure we offer the best advice and solution. After inspecting everything and talking it over with the homeowner, we both decided that our GeoLock Wall Anchor System would be the best fix to the cracking foundation.
GeoLock Wall Anchors are connected to earth anchors that are embedded into the soil out away from the foundation. The most unique benefit to Wall Anchors is their ability to be tightened over time which gives the wall the best chance at straightening back to its original position. Wall anchors can fix very severe bowing and leaning walls. They also solve the problem once and for all so no more worrying about your weakening foundation.
These homeowners purchased the home three years ago and have had some water issues in the last couple years. At first it was just some water in spots that was about an inch deep but in the last year there were times the basement filled with standing water. Water in your basement can be your worst nightmare, it causes mold, ruins carpet and drywall and is such a pain to get out.
The solution for this home was to install our WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that works with a sump pump to pump any water that comes in from the floor and walls outside. We offer a few different styles of sump pump to fit your needs and budget.
In Kalamazoo, a home had a concrete slab on the porch that was sagging down away from the house. The homeowner hated how it made the house look because it is right at the front of the house. They called us to install our PolyLevel technology so that their porch could be level again. PolyLevel is a polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete slab to level it out and make it even stronger than ever before.
PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Jim noticed horizontal cracks running through his basement walls. This is usually the first symptom of bowing walls, they start off small but increase with size as the soil exerts more pressure on to the wall. The pressure on the walls can come from various causes including water saturating the soil, frost, and expansive clay soil.
We installed CarbonArmor in Jim’s basement. CarbonArmor is substantially stronger than concrete and 10 times stronger than steel. It is specifically designed for basement walls. The flexible design allows for CarbonArmor to contour tightly against the wall. It’s low-profile design allows for installation around tight spaces and in between obstacles. It can be concealed with paint for a nice and clean finished look in your basement.

This customer called us because the walls in his home had stains and there were a couple cracks in the corner. Both of these are signs that water is coming through. It's best to prevent massive amounts of standing water from intruding your home then to ignore the signs. This home was built in 1922 and there was no sump pump installed.
Our team of experts had our perimeter WaterGuard system installed to collect the water that was coming through and direct it to the sump that we also installed. We went with our SuperSump sump pump which has an airtight lid and an alarm to alert you if levels ever get too high for the pump.
This customer called us because there was a crack in their basement wall, going vertically down almost the entire wall. The walls are made of concrete and there were no noticeable signs of water but we wanted to fix the crack before a serious problem occurred. Carbon armor is a very strong material that is almost impossible to stretch. Cracking is usually a sign that the wall may begin to bow if it hasn't already. The carbon armor straps will prevent any further cracking and from making sure the wall doesn't end up bowing.
John P. of Kalamazoo, MI dealt with water leaking into his basement for quite some time. The house was built in 1964, it was starting to show.
We had a solution for this water issue, though: the WaterGuard French drain system. The drain rests below the basement floor and above the foundation footing, collecting water that seeps into the basement from the walls. Once this water is gathered, it is redirected to the sump pump to be pumped up and out of the home.
Mary and Alex E. contacted us because the stairs leading to their home were starting to sink and pull away from the home. They also had a slab in their driveway that was settled and severely cracked. They were looking for a reliable solution that would raise the slabs and prevent them from sinking again in the future.
For both the driveway and the stairs, we drilled multiple holes into the slabs in order to inject specialized polymers underneath the concrete to lift and level out the slab. Once injected, the polymers expanded to immediately raise the slabs to their proper level. They are extremely dense to lift and level the concrete but lightweight enough to address the weak soil below that caused the heavy slabs to sink in the first place. We also used the NexusPro joint sealer to seal off the large crack in the driveway to prevent it from shifting even further.
Tom is the oldest son in his family and he took it upon himself to get something done about the terrible odor coming from his father's crawl space. An addition to the house was built on top of the crawl space and the crawl space has been smelly for years! Thankfully for Tom and his father, we were there to help.
For this project, we installed out patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is a 20mm thick plastic lining that is sure to keep the elements out of a crawl space. This means that no dirt, cold air, or water -- which can induce mold growth and unpleasant odors -- will be able to get into the crawl space. And as an added bonus, the CleanSpace material is made with anti-microbial properties that act as a secondary protection against mold growth.
This 75-year-old home had a bowed basement wall with multiple cracks all the way down the middle. We installed the CarbonArmor and PowerBrace systems to completely stabilize the wall and hopefully help pull the wall back to its original position. To install the CarbonArmor straps, a special epoxy resin was painted onto the wall at the location of each strap in order to adhere the system to the wall. Steel brackets were then installed to further hold the wall and straps in place. The PowerBrace system used steel I-beams that were installed in the ground at the base of the wall and to the joists above the wall. Once secured and tightened into place, the beams immediately stabilized the wall and prevented it from shifting any further. Both of these systems work to potentially straighten the wall over time.
Mary T. from Kalamazoo, MI had a sidewalk that was sinking. This created a tripping hazard and an unattractive appearance. She gave us a call to remedy this problem.
Sinking slab? No problem. We used our patented PolyLevel injection foam to lift the slab back to its original position. This process is fairly quick and non-intrusive, as well. We drilled holes smaller than the size of a penny into the slab to inject the PolyLevel and then filled then once we were finished. Voila!
Thomas T. in Kalamazoo, MI has a house that previously was a rental. It had a chronically wet basement and he was preparing to sell the property and needed this problem to be addressed -- he gave us a call.
To solve this problem we went with our trusty WaterGuard French drain system. WaterGuard has been tried and tested innumerable times and is very popular for water issues in basements. WaterGuard rests below the floor and above the foundation footing, collecting water that leaks into the basement through the walls. After we install the system, we cover it up with a fresh layer of concrete, making the project barely visible.
John T. out of Kalamazoo, MI had a wall that was beginning to bow out. The wall was right next to the driveway of his, and he worried it would cause some issues. He was right -- a bowing wall can inflict serious damage on a home and on a family if they are inside the home when the wall collapses.
To solve this issue, we installed our patented PowerBrace wall repair system. PowerBrace uses steel I-beams that attach to the joists above the wall to give support to tilting, buckling, or bowing walls. They even have the power to potentially bring the wall back to its original position. With this installment, John and his family can now be safe in their home.
Maggie M. in Kalamazoo, MI dealt with water in her basement that kept her worried 24/7. Its a brick home and basement, with the basement finished. She just had waterproofing done and she has water in her basement once again.
Our solution? WaterGuard. Our patented WaterGuard French drain system rests below the floor and above the foundation footing, collecting water and directing it to the sump pump. Once WaterGuard is installed, it is barely noticeable because we cover it with a new layer of cement. No more water problems, no extra space taken up!
Connie H. from Kalamazoo, MI dealt with a lot of water problems before she called us. There were three rooms in her basement that had water in them and she didn't know where the water was coming from.
In order to eliminate the water entry in her basement, we installed our patented WaterGuard French drain system. WaterGuard rests below the basement floor and above the foundation footing, collecting water and redirecting it to the sump pump. The sump pump we installed for Connie is our patented SuperSump premier sump pump system. SuperSump provides total protection and works perfectly with the WaterGuard system.
Mark had a crack in his poured concrete walls that was leaking water. He put plaster over the crack in hopes that the water would stop. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Over time, the crack resurfaced and began to leak again. Mark needed a permanent solution for his basement to protect the carpet and trim from being ruined. FlexiSpan was an excellent solution for him. A dry well a few gallons in size was dug out beneath the crack. The well was filled with drainage stone and then concrete was replaced over top, aside from a small gap along the base of the wall to allow water to flow into the well. The crack was then sealed as first line of protection and then our CleanSpace moisture barrier was installed on the wall, floor to ceiling, around the crack. The system allows water to seep in and flow down the wall inconspicuously behind the CleanSpace material. The moisture flows down into the dry well and returns safely to the soil without puddling or harming any of the building materials or posessions in Mark's basement. The problem is now permanently solved.
Jennifer called us after buying what was supposed to be a rental property but before it could be rented out, she had to deal with the elephant in the room. The floors were not right. They were high in some places and low in others because the jacks in the basement were not doing what was needed to ensure a level floor throughout. She wanted an economical fix so that her income property didn't become just a money pit. Our team led by Project Foreman Ty Azevedo came in and installed SmartJacks and additional support beams in the areas that needed to be lifted. The SmartJacks were installed by first removing a cube of soil below the jack and then filling the hole with compacted stone. The footer plate for the jack was then layed on top of the stone and the jacks were put in place. This process ensures that the load from the floor above is transferred deep down to competent soil so that the jacks will stay in place and reliably support the home for years to come. The jacks are also adjustable and provided a great opportunity to lift the floors to their original position. Jennifer can now rent the home out and start making some extra income rather than just paying on a home that's sitting vacant with wonky floors.
Water had been leaking into Robert’s basement repeatedly. It seeped through the foundation walls and puddled in two different areas: the bathroom and the room next to it. Water would leak through the wall that connected the two rooms and then flow down to the ground. There was an old window well in the same area that had been filled not too long ago and Robert thought that was what had caused the problem. The flooding was a huge threat to the finished basement, so Robert was ready to do whatever necessary to stop the leaks.
The crew’s solution was to install the FlexiSpan system. FlexiSpan is a two-layer drainage system that blocks water from entering the basement and carries the seepage to a drain well at the foot of the wall. Installing the drain well is the first step of the process. To do so, the crew had to excavate the cement floor and put in the drain. The first layer of FlexiSpan plugs the leaks and the second creates the drainage route. Above the FlexiSpan system, the crew also put in cinderblocks to replace the block windows that were thought to be the cause of the past leaks. Robert's walls should be completely protected from any future seepage.
Emily’s partially finished basement had been leaking for a long time. She was pretty sure the water was coming from a well pit outside. Unfortunately, knowing the source of the problem was no help to her. 12 years ago she had a contractor come out to address the same problem, but all they did was cover the leaks up with an unreliable sealant. The “silly putty sealant”, as Emily referred to it, had done very little to help with the leaking water. In fact, after one recent storm, she spent the entire next day vacuuming out water. Emily knew she had to do something about the leaking basement if she hoped to sell the house one day, so she gave us a call.
Instead of trying to make another seal like Emily's previous contractor, we provided the basement with a moisture barrier and a perimeter drainage system. The moisture barrier, CleanSpace Wall System, will escort water down the inside of the barrier to a perimeter drainage system at the foot of the wall. CleanSpace is a moisture-impenetrable liner that won’t allow water to pass through. Moisture will instead trickle down the wall to the floor. The WaterGuard system sits in the floor and wall joint of the basement to catch that water. Any water in the system will then be directed to a SuperSump for discharge out of the home. When Emily finally decides to sell her home, she won’t have to worry about those leaks again.
Carla and Alan had recently found that water would come into their basement during heavy rainstorms. They were worried that there was an issue with the foundation walls and didn’t know what to about it. It was a huge problem because part of the basement was finished and the water really damaged it. In fact, after one particular heavy storm, Carla and Alan emptied out 30 gallons of water. Once that happened, they knew they needed a solution and gave us a call.
Our system design specialist visited Carla and Alan in Kalamazoo, MI and assessed the situation. He determined that the best way to keep water out on a permanent basis was with a perimeter drainage system, sump pump, and two window drains. When the crew arrived, their first step was excavating part of the foundation floor to make room for the perimeter drainage system, WaterGuard. WaterGuard sits in the floor and wall joint to collect any rainwater that came in through the walls. A lot of the rainwater was also coming in below the basement windows. After the perimeter system was in place, the crew attached two duct drains below the windows that would lead water to the WaterGuard system. To make sure that Carla and Alan wouldn’t have to go through another ordeal like before, the crew gave them our most reliable sump pump system: the TripleSafe system. The TripleSafe discharge lines lead to a Lawnscape outlet in the backyard. With a full waterproofing system like this, Carla and Alan won't have to worry about water in their basement ever again.
Diane had done everything she could think of to waterproof her basement. When the leaks first started to happen, she assumed it was collected rainwater pouring down her roof and falling from the gutters. But after she replaced the roof and gutters and the leaks continued to happened, she was more confused than ever. Since Diane had done everything she could think of to stop the leaks, she called Ayers to have a professional come take a look. Our system design specialist took a trip out to Kalamazoo to see what he could find out about the situation. He was able to determine the leaks were groundwater coming in. Not only was the water leaking into the basement, the pressure was causing the walls to bend them inwards. Diane’s basement would require a waterproofing and foundation solution to stop the groundwater from taking over her foundation.
The first step for the crew was installing a perimeter drainage system, so the water could be captured and disposed of. The drainage system was installed under Diane's foundation at the foot of the wall to catch water as it leaks down. To aid the water on its way to the drainage system, the crew installed rigid plastic BrightWall panels over the poured walls. The panels were snapped into place in front of the walls to create a barrier between the leaking wall and the rest of the basement. Once in the drainage system, the water will be pumped out by a SuperSump sump pump. With new walls in place, it was time for the crew to stop the bowing motion. They did so with the PowerBrace system. Consisting of steel I-beams and special bracket attachments in front of the walls, the PowerBrace system prevents furthering bowing by halting any movement of the wall. They can even be tightened to help push the block walls back to their original position. Diane's basement shouldn't trouble her again with both a waterproofing and foundation system in place.
Corey and Yolanda gave us a call because they were tired of their damp basement. The sink and washing machine had been hooked up wrong and were causing all kinds of leakage into their Kalamazoo, MI home. Add in an unreliable sump pump and their problem was the perfect recipe for disaster. Our system design specialist took a trip out to draw up a system that would solve their problems.
First up for the crew was installing a laundry lift station that would pump water out of the sink and washing machine in the correct way. Once the water was pumped into the discharge line, it needed somewhere to go. Since the previous sump pump wasn’t going to cut it, the crew replaced it with our most dependable system, the TripleSafe sump. The TripleSafe has two different backup pumps that will guarantee all of the water in the basement is pumped out, even in conditions like serious flooding or power outages. The water that was being pumped out would be deposited in Corey and Yolanda’s backyard by a LawnScape outlet, giving them a fully protected and dry basement.
In only two days, Ayers Basement Systems was able to transform Carl's damp, musty, and moldy basement into a dry, usable space.
Carl's basement was having trouble draining water properly, and instead it would just build up inside his basement space.
Ayers Basement Systems installed WaterGuard inspection ports, a WaterGuard XL drainage system leading to a LawnScape outlet and a 4" IceGuard all easing the strain on the SuperSump sump pump system. The Supersump is designed to pump the water from the basement out through the drainage lines to the drain in the yard, where the water safely distributes throughout the space provided outside.

Marcos had a failing foundation on his building. The brick foundation was beginning to crack because of settlement. The windows were separating from the foundation, creating air leaks. Altogether, the brick building needed more support and stabilization.
Luckily, Ayers Basement Systems was able to tend to Marcos' needs and install a helical pier and push pier system to help raise his foundation back to its original condition, ultimately stabilizing and providing durable structure for the foundation again.
Ayers' push pier and helical pier assemblies ensure quality stabilization, preventing wall cracks that can allow water to leak in. Marcos now has a structurally sound building with the support it needs to remain stable and intact. The project was also completed in a minimal four day span.
