James M's crawlspace was riddled with waterproofing issues which contributed to ongoing flooding in his basement. At one point, he noticed at least six inches of water accumulated in one corner of the crawlspace. Water leaking into a basement crawlspace will find a home either in your walls, evaporating into your home in the form of water vapor, and could cause mold and rot if not removed.

Our system design speciaist Jim designed a waterproofing solution for James' crawlspace that will give him peace of mind when the rains comes again. We replaced James' two faulty sump pumps with our TripleSafe sump pump system with three levels of protection.

To prevent water from entering through the concrete and floor in the form of water vapor, we installed a CleanSpace plastic liner designed to permanently keep away any moisture and cold air. We placed it over the walls and floor of his crawlspace which will now block anything outside of it. CleanSpace is extremely durable and even comes with a mold-resistant additive called UltraFresh.

Shannon was having trouble with water and mice getting into her crawl space. The entry way was covered by plywood and bricks which was not working at keeping the entry sealed. She wanted a better, neater, safer entry into the crawl space that had a well and a door that locked. We installed the Turtl which is a covered crawl space entry well. The plastic it is made out of wont't rot or rust and the door combined with the well creates an airtight cover to the crawl space!

He called us and we first installed our patented SmartSump crawl space sump pump system. SmartSump is specifically designed for crawl spaces and keeping them dry. This system is capable of pumping 2,500 gallons of water per hour at a five foot head. 

After the SmartSump was in place, we laid down our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is a 20mm thick plastic lining that completely seals off the crawl space from any surrounding elements. This means that no cold air, dirt, or water is getting into the crawl space. CleanSpace is also made with anti-microbial components, preventing the growth of mold.
