CleanSpace Installed in Howard City, MI

This customer called because they noticed that their basement was damp and had a musty smell. The crew found that their dirt crawl space was damp and moldy, resulting in a wet and moldy basement as well.

Dirt crawl spaces can cause many unexpected problems for a homeowner. Water vapor and any other sources of water within your crawl space are the perfect home for mold to thrive. Not to mention air flows upward, meaning the damp air from the crawl space is entering other parts of your home and bringing the mold spores with it.

CleanSpace is a puncture and tear resistant plastic liner that that stops water vapor and other sources of water from leaking into the space. The liner is made to last as long as your home and is fastened to the interior walls to ensure it stays where you install it.

Taking Away Trip Hazards from this Howard City Driveway

Robert had some concrete slabs of his driveway that were settling. He has had them lifted by other companies in the past and it did not last so he was really wanted a good fix this time around. We used PolyLevel to lift the fallen concrete and raise it to the original level. We then used NexusPro to seal the joints and keep things from getting under the concrete and degrading it from below.

Howard City Driveway Leveling

Linda wanted her sinking driveway to be raised back up and the cracks sealed. We used PolyLevel and NexusPro to solve her settling problem and keep her driveway safe. PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the sinking slabs and raises it back to the original level. NexusPro is a silicone sealant that remains flexible even in harsh weather to prevent debris from getting under the concrete and degrading it from below. Both PolyLevel and NexusPro dry in a fraction of time compared to other solutions so the driveway is usable in a short amount of time.
