These homeowners had water entering their home around the perimeter of the basement. There was about two to three inches of standing water and the basement was gutted due to water damage.

We installed WaterGuard around the interior perimeter of the basement in order to collect and drain intruding water into a sump pump system. Specialized drainage pipes were installed underneath the flooring at the base of each wall and the floors were restored with concrete fill when the installation was complete.

Next we installed the TripleSafe sump pump system. This system included a sturdy liner and three powerful pumps. The first pump handles the bulk of the work and the second pump automatically starts if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water entering the system. The final pump is battery powered to ensure the home is safe even if the power goes out.

Lastly, we installed the IceGuard system and a LawnScape outlet. The IceGuard system was installed on the home’s discharge line to ensure water is able exit the home even if the pipes freeze in the cold winter months. The LawnScape outlet was placed at the end of the discharge line to lead water out away from the home.

Jennifer called because one room in her basement started flooding. Her family had lived in the house for five years and never noticed a problem, but suddenly any time it rained water would come through the floor.  The basement was partially finished, but not in the room that was flooding - red flag.
