A crawl space in a seasonal home. Tends to cause a general mustiness smell in the home all the time. In the summer we have sweating plumbing and air ducts that adds to the humidity in the house. I would not be surprised if we have a mold problem as well. I will be on location Friday, January 8, 2021 and would appreciate an inspection and estimate.

When we spoke with Mr. Dennis last summer he said he'd include repairing a crack in the garage flooring. Can this still be done? At a later date? With Jim's cancer treatments it'll have to be a later date. I forgot to ask earlier before our crawl space work.
