They suggested CleanSpace, an antimicrobial material that is applied as an uninterrupted vapor barrier to eliminate moisture and mold growth. Doug loves his clean crawl space!

Jason M.’s crawl space filled with water each Spring. He was eager to seal and waterproof his crawl space. We came and installed our drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and Smart Sump sump pump in Jason’s crawl space. We first began by sealing in any spaces that allowed outside air into his crawl space. We wanted to protect from any moisture that could possibly enter the space. Next, we installed our drainage matting. The draining matting separates the crawl space from the earth allowing any water that makes its way through the dirt floor to drain right to the Smart Sump sump pump. The matting acts as a barrier between the earth and the crawl space and prevents mold and bacteria growth. We then installed our CleanSpace liner. Unlike common plastic liners, the CleanSpace liner is a liner made out of material similar to a pool liner. It is durable, flexible, and tear resistant. The liner stops water vapor from seeping into the space and is easily installed around various obstructions in your crawl space. Lastly, we installed the Smart Sump sump pump. This pump is specifically designed for crawl spaces and ensures that any water entering the space will be immediately pumped out.  The combination of all these products ensures that your crawl space will stay dry during the heavy rain of those spring months.

Robert had been renting out this Rose City home for years. Now he decided he was going to start using the home as a hunting cabin. They determined the best way to the repair the sagging beam was with the SmartJack system. They attached four jacks across the length of the beam and raised them to a height that would level out the support beam completely.
