Brenda found water in her home's crawl space and was rightfully worried that her home was at risk. She contacted Ayers and allowed our resident foreman Bruce to inspect the area. The source of the water was not from structural or foundational problems so Bruce recommended a few tools that would add a new layer of protection.

The main tool used by Bruce and his team is a CleanSpace antimicrobial lining that protects the home from moisture damage. Water in a home invites mold that can eat at the structural support, weakening the home and causing a danger to the residents' respiratory health. The lining goes on every surface of the crawl space and provides a barrier between the water and any vulnerable material.

A customer from Richland had a concrete step leading up to her porch that kept getting harder to climb because the concrete below it was sinking. In fact, as you can see below, their were full weeds growing from underneath the top slab. They called us to make the fix. We drove over there and decided to install our PolyLevel system which is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete slab that levels it makes it stronger than ever before.

PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

The WaterGuard French drain system rests below the basement floor but above the foundation footing. This drain collects water that seeps into the basement from the walls and redirects it to the TripleSafe to be pumped up and out of the home.
