Basement is very musty. It has drain system and a sump pump. The pump runs constantly. Gutters are all new and drain away from the house. If a dehumidifier is not running constantly, moisture will develop on interior walls. Unfortunately most of the basement is finished so I cannot see behind the walls or under the vinyl flooring. This is a lake property and the water table is high.
