April Showers Bring May...Floods?

Dennis M. of Ossineke, MI had two sump pumps in his basement but still was flooded in the spring and when it would rain. This said, he gave us a call when he had had enough.

Our solution? The WaterGuard French drain system. WaterGuard rests below the basement floor and above the foundation footing, collecting water that seeps into the basement from the walls. Once that water is collected it is redirected to the sump pump to be pumped up and out of the home.

The half log cabin built on a slab has been undermined by voles and chipmunks. There are bowls and dips and probably cracks seems to be getting worse to a point it may need to be addressed. A "new at it" foam jacker stopped when the foam didn't go where intended. But the main problem still needs addressing. I wonder if you are more experienced or if mudjacking is needed instead of foam.
