David was worried about the shape of his basement due to water pooling on the floor. He decided to call Ayers for our waterproofing solutions. We sent a team to inspect the problem area to determine the best remedy. Our system design specialists recommended WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump systems. WaterGuard is a below-floor drain that rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing. This placement avoids the "mud zone" where drain clogging is common. This interior drainage system will collect water, directing it to the sump pump instead of seeping onto the floor. Next, we installed TripleSafe, a three-pump system fitting in one durable liner. Each pump will assist with eliminating the water. The third pump is even battery-operated, ensuring it runs during power failures!
