A homeowner in Marion, Michigan called us about his basement that has water problems when it rains. They knew that we were the right people for the job so they asked for our help. We drove to their property and installed many things including a TripleSafe SumpPump. TripleSafe is a sump pump with three different pumps in one liner. The first being the 1/3 hp zoeller pump which does most of the pumping and is placed at the bottom of the liner. The second is the 1/2 hp zoeller that is placed slightly higher than the first. This pump is more powerful but will only be turned on when needed. The final pump is the battery-operated UltraSump DC which is used in case of a power outage, this pump can pump up to 24,000 gallons of water. Now, this homeowner won't have to worry about a wet basement ever again.

Extreme Water Problem Put to a Stop in Marion, MI

Before calling us, Linda B. of Marion, MI had a stream of water shooting into her basement making the floor soaked. She tried painting a DIY material on the walls to prevent the leakage but it still got in. Thus, she gave us a call. 

Our solution? The TripleSafe sump pump system and the WaterGuard French drain system. The TripleSafe is a sump pump that provides three levels of protection against water leakage. Whether it be normal water supply, heavy volumes of water, or in the case of a power outage, this sump pump will keep your basement dry. For normal water supply, the Zoeller ⅓ horsepower pump functions. At a heavier level, the Zoeller ½ horsepower pump activates. In the case of a power outage, the UltraSump backup sump pump will pump water on a backup battery.

The WaterGuard French drain system rests below the basement floor and above the foundation footing, collecting water that enters into the basement from the walls. Once this water is collected it is directed to the sump pump -- the TripleSafe -- and is pumped out the home.
