Julie contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems to find the cause of a rotten smell in her basement. After conducting an inspection, our team determined the smell was coming from leaks in the foundation. Our team suggested installing our WaterGuard system in combination with the CleanSpace system. WaterGuard is a French drain system that sits below the basement floor and above the home's footing, allowing the drain to catch any water from the foundation.
