One of our customers from Leland Michigan gave us a call. She said that her basement was collecting water and she needed help waterproofing it.  We drove to her home and knew just the solution, she did not have a sump pump so we hooked her up with the best one out there, the TripleSafe. TripleSafe is a sump pump with three different pumps in one liner. The first being the 1/3 hp zoeller pump which does most of the pumping and is placed at the bottom of the liner. The second is the 1/2 hp zoeller that is placed slightly higher than the first. This pump is more powerful but will only be turned on when needed. The final pump is the battery-operated UltraSump DC which is used in case of a power outage, this pump can pump up to 24,000 gallons of water.

We received a call from a homeowner in Leland, MI that had some sagging floors. We drove to their property so that we could help. After looking at their home we found the root of the issue, their crawlspace. They had no support for the floor above it, so it began to sag. We then installed our SmartJack system. 

The SmartJack is a support system used to stabilize and level the floor joists in a crawl space. This system can support up to 60,000 pounds. The SmartJack system is placed on strong concrete fillings that have replaced the soil in that small location underneath the SmartJack. A homeowner in Leland called us about his wet crawl space. If you don't know a poorly taken care of crawlspace or basement is bad for your whole house, making the air less sanitary, jacking the prices you pay for air/heat, and just not being safe to live in. We went to this homeowners property and gave him a free estimate. After the inspection we installed our advanced CleanSpace technology.

 

 CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth.
