Lew Chamberlain, CEO of the West Michigan Whitecaps, was having trouble with Iron Ochre disrupting his drainage system, as well as just unwanted moisture in his space. Iron Ochre is a byproduct of iron bacteria and is commonly found in Michigan basements with unwanted moisture.

William wanted to remove the water vapor/moisture that was in his crawl space to protect his home.
