Susan noticed water moisture collecting in her crawl space and wasn't sure how it got there. She knew moisture could cause mold growth and damage her home, so she called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a team of specialists to her house who evaluated the crawl space and recommended installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier. Thomas lowered into his crawl space and realized how much of a mess it was. He knew the dirt floor beneath his home wasn't stopping water from entering, so he called Ayers. We sent a team of experts to Thomas's house to evaluate and make a recommendation. They suggested the installation of CleanSpace, a vapor barrier that's applied uninterruptedly to the crawl space floors and walls. John was hoping to get his retaining wall fixed up since it was cracking severely. He decided to call Ayers for foundation repair options so we sent a crew to inspect this wall. After the inspection it was determined he needed our GeoLock Anchors. These anchors consist of large steel plates that are attached to the cracked wall and a steel cable that goes through the wall and out to stable soil where they get attached to a smaller plate underground. The reason why we secure the wall anchors in soil far out from the house is so they get placed where there is no shifting. Unstable soil or pressure is what causes these walls to bow. This will provide the tension needed to tighten the anchors and potentially straighten the wall back to its original position over time. John was thrilled to put an end to the cracking wall, keeping his foundation safe!
