These Lake City, MI homeowner was experiencing water seepage at the footing of one of the walls in the home. In order to seal off the cracks that were allowing water to leak in, we needed to install the SentrySeal system. We first had to remove two feet of soil outside of the problem wall in order to install the SentrySeal membrane around the bottom of the footing to seal the imperfect joint between the wall and footing. This specialized membrane was placed over insulation panels on the wall, which created a tight seal to prevent water from seeping into the home.

SentrySeal Keeps Water Out of Lake City, MI Crawl Space

This newer home had a 3 inch poured concrete crawlspace. The customer was experiencing water seepage at the wall joint at the footing of the crawl space. In order to repair the imperfect joint between the wall and footing, we had to dig out about two feet of soil outside of the wall to install the SentrySeal membrane. The specialized sealant was painted over the exposed wall and acted as a waterproof sealant to prevent water from leaking through cracks in the concrete.
