We sent a crew to a home in Lachine, MI, after receiving a call from Kathleen. She was concerned about the water leaking through her basement walls. The inspection we completed helped us determine the right solutions for her problem. Our system design specialists recommended our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump systems. WaterGuard is an interior drainage system placed in the subfloor below the basement walls. The system will collect the water leaking through and send it to the sump pump. We added our TripleSafe sump pump system to tackle the leaks more efficiently. This solution has three pumps that rest in one durable liner, working together to keep water out. The first pump will do most of the work, the second will run if backup is needed, and the final pump is battery-operated for power outages.
